Things You’ll Need:

* Acetone
* Cotton ball
* Nail buffer
* Resin
* Artificial nail tip

Step 1

Wipe a thin layer of acetone, or nail polish remover, over each fingernail to remove traces of oil.

Step 2

Use a nail buffer to buff each fingernail gently. Buffing your fingernails scuffs the surface of each nail, enabling the resin to adhere to both your       artificial nail and natural nail.

Step 3

Apply a small drop of resin on the inside well of the artificial nail.

Step 4

Press the artificial nail tip onto the tip of your natural nail, and hold it for several seconds to ensure that it doesn’t move.

Step 5

Add interest to your artificial nail tip by applying different shades of polish, nail tattoos or small gems.
