How To Relieve Foot Pain

Fill a small foot bath or bowl/pan with warm water.Add a few drops of Peppermint oil to create a cooling sensation.Place the bath in front of the most comfortable chair or couch in your home. Sit back, relax, and place your feet into the warm bath. Allow them to soak for at least 20 minutes.
When pain begins to recede, place a tennis ball under your foot and roll it forwards and backwards for several minutes to help relax the muscles in the arch of your foot. Repeat on the other foot.Stretch your toes up and out. Hold them for a count of ten seconds and then relax them.
Repeat twice.Curl your toes down. Hold them for a count of ten seconds and then relax them. Repeat twice.Alternate between step 5 and step 6 until your feet are completely relaxed.
