Instructions
Things You’ll Need:
* Eye makeup
* Eye liner pencil
* Foundation
* Pressed powder
* Towel
* Makeup Sponge
* Face wash
* Concealer
Using Under-Eye Makeup
Step1
Wash your face with a cleanser made for sensitive skin.
Step2
Dry your face completely with a soft towel.
Step3
Apply foundation and concealer if your under-eye color is very dark or blemished.
Step4
Use a soft pencil to line under your eye.
Step5
Apply makeup to the rest of the eye.
Step6
Use a sponge and some concealer to “erase” any eye makeup that fell under the eye.
Apply pressed powder to the area under the eye.
